Return Process

  Contact our dedicated concierge team via email or our online portal with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization code.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the jewellery in its original velvet box and protective shipping carton, ensuring the item is cushioned to prevent damage during transit.

  Shipment Collection

  Affix the prepaid insured shipping label provided by our team and drop off the package at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our gemologists verify the item's condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
